Roy Carlson (Roy H. Carlson) was born on May 8, 1906 in Chicago, Illinois. Carlson attended Bradley University. Carlson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1928 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Dayton Triangles and Chicago Bears over the course of his 2 year career.
