Ron Coder (Ronald William Coder) was born on May 24, 1954 in Savannah, Georgia. After going to high school at Yamato (Tokyo, Japan), Coder attended Pennsylvania State University. Coder made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1977 was Ron Coder's best year.
