Roland Jackson (Thomas Roland Jackson) was born on January 5, 1940. After going to high school at Ruston (LA), Jackson attended Rice University. Jackson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1962 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
