Riley Biggs (Riley Edgar Biggs) was born on March 24, 1900 in Montgomery County, Texas. After going to high school at Southhampton (NY), Biggs attended Baylor University. Biggs made his professional debut in the AFLG in 1926 with the Rock Island Independents. He played in the AFLG for 1 year, playing for the Rock Island Independents the entire time. Biggs also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the New York Giants the entire time.
