Ricky Watters (Richard James Watters) was born on April 7, 1969 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Bishop McDevitt (Harrisburg, PA), Watters attended the University of Notre Dame. Watters made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the Seattle Seahawks, Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1996 was Ricky Watters's best year, as he ran for 1411 yards, ran in 13 TDs and hauled in 51 receptions.
