Rick Dvorak (Richard Joseph Dvorak) was born on April 21, 1952 in Spearville, Kansas. After going to high school at Spearville (KS), Dvorak attended Wichita State University. Dvorak made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 4 year career.
