Rex Proctor (Rex Gardner Proctor) was born on December 1, 1929 in Sour Lake, Texas. Proctor attended Rice University. Proctor made his professional debut in the NFL in 1953 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
