Red Krause (Henry Krause, Jr.) was born on August 28, 1913 in St. Louis, Missouri. After going to high school at (St. Louis, MO), Krause attended Saint Louis University. Krause made his professional debut in the NFL in 1936 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Washington Redskins and Brooklyn Dodgers over the course of his 3 year career.
