Born on June 19, 1912 in Lawton, Iowa, Red Anderson (Arnold Revola Anderson) played for the Washington Senators for his entire 3 year career. Anderson broke into the bigs on September 19, 1937 with the Washington Senators, and put up a 4.18 ERA in 112 innings pitched in 1941, his rookie year.
