Acquired: Signed as a free agent with Toronto on Feb. 15, 2008.

Signed with the Wilkes-Barre (WB)/ Scranton Pioneers of AF2 on November 26.

2003-2005:

Temple Owls

Spent three seasons at the University of Temple after transferring from New Mexico Military Institute in 2003… Started all 11 games for Temple in 2005 at CB and DS, recording 57 tackles (28 solo), 2 interceptions, 1 forced fumble and 7 knockdowns in his senior year…Named a nominee for the Courage Award by the Football Writers Association of America after recovering from a serious knee injury the season before…Started 6 games in 2004, missing 5 due to knee injury, registering 22 tackles (14 solo) and added a single knockdown, forced fumble and fumble recovery…Started all 12 games for the Owls in 2003, racking up 49 tackles (32 solo) and 2 knockdowns…Was named a member of the 2003 Big East Conference All-Academic Team…Spent the 2002 season at New Mexico Military Institute, playing CB/DB.

Personal:

Ray is the son of Raymond Lamb ll, a colonel and brigade commander in the United States Army. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, he graduated from Seoul High School in South Korea. In 2002, he moved to New Mexico, where he attended a military institute and played football before joining Temple. While with the Owls, he served as the president of the Temple University Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and was a leadership counselor and volunteer at Our Lady Hope Church. He was also a member of the Temple Teammates, a community service program conducted by the Department of Athletics to raise awareness in young people on aspects of leadership, positive character development and high ethical standards.
