Raymond Boettcher (Raymond Edward Boettcher) was born on September 18, 1900 in Reeseville, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Watertown (WI), Boettcher attended Lawrence University. Boettcher made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Racine Tornadoes. He played for the Racine Tornadoes for his entire 1 year career.
