Ray Reutt (Raymond Francis Reutt) was born on March 4, 1917 in Norfolk, Virginia. After going to high school at Woodrow Wilson (Portsmouth, VA), Reutt attended Virginia Military Institute. Reutt made his professional debut in the NFL in 1943 with the Philadelphia/Pittsburgh. He played for the Philadelphia/Pittsburgh for his entire 1 year career.
