Ray Prochaska (Raymond Edward Prochaska) was born on August 9, 1919 in Ulysses, Nebraska. Prochaska attended the University of Nebraska. Prochaska made his professional debut in the NFL in 1941 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams for his entire 1 year career.
