Ray Morehart (Raymond Anderson Morehart) was born on December 2, 1899 in Abner, Texas. He made his Major League debut on August 9, 1924 for the Chicago White Sox. In 1926, his rookie year, he hit .318 with 0 home runs and 21 RBI. Morehart played for the Chicago White Sox and New York Yankees over the course of his 3 year career.
