Ray Kemp (Raymond Howard Kemp) was born on April 4, 1907 in Cecil, Pennsylvania. Kemp attended Duquesne University. Kemp made his professional debut in the NFL in 1933 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 1 year career.
