2007:
Signed with the Toronto Argonauts on July 23...Signed as a free agent with the Hamburg Sea Devils of NFL Europe on February 26…Spent the majority of the season on the injured list.
2006:
The San Francisco 49ers traded Woods to the San Diego Chargers in exchange for CB Sammy Davis on April 13…Released by San Diego on August 1.
2005:
Spent the majority of the season on the 49ers injured/reserve list after suffering a hand injury on September 27.
2004:
Drafted in the first round (31st overall) by the San Francisco 49ers (NFL) in the 2004 NFL Draft…Played in 13 games with the 49ers as a wide receiver, recording 7 catches for 160 yards (LG 59) and 1 touchdown…Week 4, recorded his first career NFL reception and touchdown in a 35-yard performance versus the St. Louis Rams (03/10/04)…In the 49ers last game of the season, he generated a career high 3 receptions for 76 yards, including a 59 yard catch versus the New England Patriots.

Rashaun Woods (Rashaun Dorrell Woods) was born on October 17, 1980 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Millwood High School, Woods attended Oklahoma State University. Woods made his professional debut in the NFL in 2004 with the San Francisco 49ers.
