[edit] Biography

Randy Winn (Dwight Randolph Winn) was born on June 9, 1974 in Los Angeles, California. He made his Major League debut on May 11, 1998 for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. In 1998, his rookie year, he hit .278 with 1 home run and 17 RBI. Winn played for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Seattle Mariners and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 9 year career.

There is some disagreement on what was Randy Winn's most productive season. Some believe that it was 2005, when he slugged 20 home runs, hit for a .306 average and knocked in 63 runs. However, others believe that it was 2002, when he stole 27 bases, hit for a .298 average and knocked in 75 runs.
