Randy Starks (Randolph Starks) was born on December 14, 1983. After going to high school at Westlake (Waldorf, MD), Starks attended the University of Maryland. Starks made his professional debut in the NFL in 2004 with the Tennessee Titans. He has played for the Tennessee Titans for his entire 3 year career.
