Ralph Buckley (Ralph Joseph Buckley) was born on March 18, 1907 in Meriden, Connecticut. After going to high school at Washington (Meriden, CT), Buckley attended Fordham University. Buckley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Staten Island Stapletons. He played for the Staten Island Stapletons for his entire 1 year career.
