Quincy Monk (Quincy Omar Monk) was born on January 30, 1979 in Jacksonville, North Carolina. After going to high school at White Oak (Jacksonville, NC), Monk attended the University of North Carolina. Monk made his professional debut in the NFL in 2002 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and Houston Texans over the course of his 3 year career.
