Pryor Williams (Pryor Allen Williams) was born on December 26, 1893 in Athens, Alabama. After going to high school at Greene (Athens, AL), Williams attended Aubrun and Vanderbilt Universtiy. Williams made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Detroit Tigers. He played for the Detroit Tigers for his entire 1 year career.
