Proc Randels (Horace Malvern Randels) was born on August 5, 1900 in , KS. After going to high school at Chaparral (Anthony, KS), Randels attended Kansas State University. Randels made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Kansas City Cowboys. He played for the Detroit wolverines, Cleveland Bulldogs and Kansas City Cowboys over the course of his 3 year career.
