Born on September 10, 1954 in Pensacola, Florida, Preston Hanna (Preston Lee Hanna) played for the Atlanta Braves and Oakland Athletics over the course of his 8 year career. Hanna broke into the bigs on September 13, 1975 with the Atlanta Braves, and put up a 4.95 ERA in 60 innings pitched in 1977, his rookie year.
