Pinky Thompson (Lloyd V. Thompson) was born on February 16, 1906 in Tonawanda, New York. After going to high school at Tonawanda (NY), Thompson attended Bucknell University. Thompson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1927 with the Buffalo Bisons. He played for the Buffalo Bisons for his entire 1 year career.
