Phil White (Phillip Elmer White) was born on May 17, 1900 in Enid, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Andarko (OK) and Central (Oklahoma City, OK), White attended the University of Oklahoma. White made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 2 year career.
