Phil Dokes (Phillip D. Dokes) was born on September 7, 1955 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. After going to high school at Ole Main (Little Rock, AR), Dokes attended Oklahoma State University. Dokes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 2 year career.
