Perry Jeter (Perry Jeter) was born on May 17, 1931 in Brevard, North Carolina. After going to high school at Steubenville (OH), Jeter attended California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and San Bernardino Valley College. Jeter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1956 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1956 was Perry Jeter's best year, as he ran back a punt for a touchdown.
