Perry Carter (Perry Lynn Carter) was born on August 15, 1971 in McComb, Mississippi. After going to high school at South Pike (Magnolia, MS), Carter attended the University of Southern Mississippi. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 4 year career.
