Pelé is one of the greatest players to ever set foot on a soccer pitch. During his illustrious career, he scored more than one thousand professional goals with Santos in Brazil and the New York Cosmos in the U.S. He also appeared in 4 World Cups for Brazil, scoring 12 goals in the process. Brazil won three of them. He is the only player to play for three FIFA World Cup Champion teams
To this day, Pelé is still involved in the game of soccer, travelling the world as an ambassador of the sport.
