Born on May 31, 1905 in Glen Rose, Texas, Peaches Davis (Roy Thomas Davis) played for the Cincinnati Reds for his entire 4 year career. Davis broke into the bigs on July 11, 1936 with the Cincinnati Reds, and put up a 3.58 ERA in 125.2 innings pitched in 1936, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Peaches Davis's best season was 1937, when he posted a 3.59 ERA, won 11 games and struck out 59 batters.
