[edit] BiographyAcquired Signed by B.C. as a free agent in February, 2006. Recorded his ninth straight 100-point season in his 13th year in the CFL. Named to the West Division All-Star Team for the first time in his career. Matched his career-high with 41 FGs for an 85% success rate. Racked up a career-high 181 points with 41 FG and a career-best 19 singles. Set a BC Lions record with a 100-yard kickoff. Recorded the highest punting average in a single playoff year with a 56.0 yard mark. Notable Moved into 11th place among the CFL's all-time scoring leaders with 1,580 points after counting another 144 points in 2005. Has spent time with three clubs including BC in 1993 and 1994 when he first broke into the league. Has a lifetime FG% mark of 75.1% and has never missed a convert (407 straight successful attempts). Also stands in 11th place all-time with his 356 FGs and needs 28 to move into the Top 10. Ranks 13th in the all-time punting yards list. Has never been below 70% FG accuracy in any of his full seasons in the CFL. College Played junior football for the South Surrey Rams. Personal Paul is a native of Surrey and grew up only blocks away from the Lions' practice facility. He was very active on Saskatchewan's community programs before coming to BC.
