He was recognized for his work on the O-line as he was named to the East Division and CFL All-Star teams.
2003:
Upon joining the Alouettes, he took up a regular spot on the team’s offensive line… He sat out two games early in the season with an injured left knee… He was a key member of an offensive line that surrendered just 28 quarterback sacks.
Hamilton Tiger-Cats
2002:
He started all 18 games with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats… He was part of an offensive line that allowed the fewest sacks in the CFL for two consecutive seasons.
2001:
After signing as a free agent on May 16, Lambert started 17 games at guard and one game at center against the Montreal Alouettes…He was selected the Tiger-Cats Rookie of the Year… He also started two playoff games.
College:
Western Michigan Broncos
He started 29 of 44 games at guard, centre and tackle with Western Michigan University… He was an All-Mid American first-team selection as a senior in 2000.
Personal:
He resides in Vaudreuil with his wife, Pamela Ranger… They have a daughter, Tatum, born in May 2004, a son, Jake, born in August 2002 and another daughter, Lauren, born in February 1996… He is originally from Montreal and is involved in numerous Alouettes’ community programs... He is bilingual.
