Pat Bourque (Patrick Daniel Bourque) was born on March 23, 1947 in Worcester, Massachusetts. He made his Major League debut on September 6, 1971 for the Chicago Cubs. In 1973, his rookie year, he hit .204 with 9 home runs and 29 RBI. Bourque played for the Chicago Cubs, Oakland Athletics and Minnesota Twins over the course of his 4 year career.
