Ozzie Newsome (Ozzie Newsome) was born on March 16, 1956 in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. After going to high school at Colbert County (Leighton, AL), Newsome attended the University of Alabama. Newsome made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 13 year career.
Most people believe that 1981 was Ozzie Newsome's best year, as he hauled in 69 receptions, had 1002 receiving yards and caught 6 TD passes.
