Otis Smith (Otis Smith) was born on October 22, 1965 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at East Jefferson (Metairie, LA), Smith attended Southern University, Taft College and the University of Missouri. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, New England Patriots and Detroit Lions over the course of his 13 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was Otis Smith's best year, as he picked off 6 passes and ran back 3 interceptions for touchdowns.
