Ossie Wiberg (Oscar Malker Hilding Wiberg) was born on October 11, 1904 in Edgar, Nebraska. After going to high school at Edgar (NE), Wiberg attended Nebraska Wesleyan University. Wiberg made his professional debut in the NFL in 1927 with the Cleveland Bulldogs. He played for the Cincinnati Reds, Brooklyn Dodgers, New York Giants, Detroit wolverines and Cleveland Bulldogs over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1930 was Ossie Wiberg's best year, as he ran in 4 TDs.
