Obie Bristow (J. Gordon Bristow) in Ardmore, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Pryor (OK), Bristow attended the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma. Bristow made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Kansas City Cowboys. He played for the Kansas City Cowboys for his entire 2 year career.
