Notre Dame to Sell Season Tickets

For the first time in 30 years, University of Notre Dame will offer 5,000 season tickets to football games next year.

The tickets will be offered first to alumni, donors and others affiliated with the university, and only after will it be available to the general public.

The revenue generated will be used to assist in paying for repairs and ongoing maintenance to the 76-year-old Notre Dame Stadium.

This is why I can't stand Notre Dame. Apparently everything about them is news. Yeah, so they decided to reinstate a 30 year old policy. Schools make ticket pricing decisions all the time yet they don't have it plastered all over the wires. But somehow Notre Dame is special so this is big news. I don't think so.
