Neil Lomax (Neil Vincent Lomax) was born on February 17, 1959 in Portland, Oregon. After going to high school at Lake Oswego (OR), Lomax attended Portland State University. Lomax made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Phoenix Cardinals over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1984 was Neil Lomax's best year, as he threw for 4614 yards, tossed 28 TDs and put up a 92.5 passer rating.
