Milt Ramirez (Milton (Barboza) Ramirez) was born on April 2, 1950 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He made his Major League debut on April 11, 1970 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Ramirez played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Oakland Athletics over the course of his 3 year career.
