Milt Graham (Milton Russell Graham) was born on July 28, 1934 in Chatham, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Columbia (Rensselaer, NY), Graham attended Colgate University. Graham made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots for his entire 3 year career.
