Mike Woulfe (Michael Jerome Woulfe) was born on August 14, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Mendel Catholic (Chicago, IL), Woulfe attended Bakersfield JC and the University of Colorado. Woulfe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1962 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
