Mike Trainor (Michael Joseph Trainor) was born on December 18, 1899 in New York, New York. Trainor attended Canisius College. Trainor made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Buffalo All-Americans. He played for the Buffalo Bisons and Buffalo All-Americans over the course of his 2 year career.
