Mike Siwek (Mike Joseph Siwek) was born on April 12, 1948 in Mishawaka, Indiana. After going to high school at St. Joseph's (South Bend, IN), Siwek attended Western Michigan University. Siwek made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
