[edit] Biography

Born on June 30, 1975 in San Diego, California, Mike Judd (Michael Galen Judd) played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers and Tampa Bay Devil Rays over the course of his 5 year career. Judd broke into the bigs on September 28, 1997 with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Judd was also briefly mentioned in baseball's Mitchell Report. According to the report, in May of 1999 Todd Seyler, who at the time was strength and conditioning coach for the Triple-A Albuquerque Dukes, began discussing steroids with 5 of his minor league players about steroids. These players included Paul Lo Duca, Judd, Jeff Williams, Matt Herges, and Ricky Stone. Seyler alleges that he saw Judd inject himself with either Deca-Durabolin or Winstrol, though he could not remember which. Seyler also recollects talking with Judd and the other players about their steroid use, although he did not witness any more steroid use by Judd or any of the other players.

Judd did not respond to a request for a meeting by investigators for the Mitchell Report.
