Mike Bell (Michael John Bell) was born on December 7, 1974 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on July 20, 2000 for the Cincinnati Reds. Bell played for the Cincinnati Reds for his entire 1 year career.

Mike Bell played as an infielder for several minor league teams from 1993 to 2005. In 2000, Bell played in nineteen games for the Cincinnati Reds. In 2007, Bell was named manager of the Yakima Bears, a minor league affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Bell was also mentioned in the Mitchell Report. Kirk Radomski said that he sold Bell a kit of human growth hormone but could not be certain of the date of the sale. In an interview, Bell said that he purchased and received one shipment of human growth hormone from Radomski while in the minor leagues, and used "most of it" during the 2003 off-season.
