Acquired:
Signed as a free agent by Toronto on May 2, 2002.
Toronto Argonauts
2007:
Fletcher led the Boatmen in tackles for losses with five in 2007. He was fifth on the team in defensive tackles with 65 and contributed seven sacks. Fletcher also intercepted three passes and knocked down five.

Named Argo nominee as Most Outstanding Defensive Player for first time in his career by the Toronto contingent of the FRC…Named East Division Outstanding Defensive Player (James P. McCaffrey Award) for first time in his career and became first Argo since 1982 to be honored with the award…Named CFL All-Star and East Division All-Star for first time in his career.
2004:
Started in all 18 games for the Argos.
2003:
Started all 18 regular season games at OLB.
2002:
Toronto Argonauts Detroit Fury
Signed with the Argos as a free-agent... appeared in 15 games at defensive back, linebacker and special teams for the Double Blue.....prior to the start of the CFL season, Fletcher appeared in one game for the Detroit Fury of the Arena Football League.
B.C. Lions
Played in all 18 games during the regular season with the B.C. Lions... awarded defensive player of the week for his effort in a Lions' win over the Eskimos...had 4 DT, 2 ST tackles and returned 1 punt for 1 yard in the Lions' 28-19 loss to Calgary in the West Division Semi-Final.
2000:
Played both safety and linebacker in his rookie season with BC, which culminated with a Grey Cup Championship...nominated as the club's Most Outstanding Rookie by the Vancouver chapter of the FRC... intercepted an Anthony Calvillo pass in the 2000 Grey Cup win.
College:

Oregon Ducks
Played four years for the University of Oregon Ducks and made a total of 225 tackles (154 of them unassisted) and six interceptions while patrolling the middle of the Oregon secondary...added two punt returns for touchdowns as a junior (70 yards against San Jose State and 61 yards against Washington State) and a 57-yarder for a TD as a senior...in his senior year, was third on the team in total yards with 841 (390 on 40 punt returns, 392 on 18 kickoffs and 59 on four interceptions) despite not playing on offense.
Personal:
"Fletch" has one daughter and spends the off-season getting into game-shape, participating in football clinics across the U.S. and actively participating in the Argonauts' Huddle Up Against Bullying program. He enjoys R&B and rap music and considered Magic Johnson his role model while growing up.
