Max Harrison (Maxwell Lamar Harrison) was born on January 29, 1921 in Cottonwood, Alabama. After going to high school at Escambia County (Atmore, AL), Harrison attended Auburn University. Harrison made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
