Matt LeCroy (Matthew Hanks LeCroy) was born on December 13, 1975 in Belton, South Carolina. He made his Major League debut on April 3, 2000 for the Minnesota Twins. In 2000, his rookie year, he hit .174 with 5 home runs and 17 RBI. LeCroy played for the Minnesota Twins and Washington Nationals over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that Matt LeCroy's best season was 2003, when he slugged 17 home runs, hit for a .287 average and knocked in 64 runs.
