Marty Carter (Marty LaVincent Carter) was born on December 17, 1969 in LaGrange, Georgia. After going to high school at LaGrange (GA), Carter attended Middle Tennessee State University. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Chicago Bears, Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions over the course of his 11 year career.
Most people believe that 1992 was Marty Carter's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
